1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Every Gravelreign order is prepared with care to ensure accuracy and protection during transit.

• Standard processing: 2–4 business days
• During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions): up to 5 business days
Shipping Fee
• Flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders
• No hidden handling or packaging charges
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Gravelreign ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery windows vary by region:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or regional logistics conditions may occasionally extend transit times.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Updates
• Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
• International tracking updates may not refresh daily — this is normal and does not indicate a delivery issue.
Your gear is on the move through the logistics network.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Gravelreign is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, orders enter processing shortly after placement.
• Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Your riding experience matters to us.
Damaged Items
If your Gravelreign gear arrives damaged, please email clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
